Testing for Medical Antibacterial Gloves

• Sterility Test: Sterility tests should be performed in accordance with the latest edition of the United States pharmacopoeia.
• Freedom from Holes: The no-hole free test shall be conducted in accordance with test method D 5151.
• The gloves shall be aged in accordance with Test Method D573. Test the gloves in accordance with either one of the following methods: Before aging, at the temperature of 70 + 2°C for 166 + 2 hours, the tensile strength should not be less than 14 Mpa, and the ultimate elongation should not be less than 500%; after accelerated aging , at the temperature of 100 + 2°C for 22 + 0.3 hours, the tensile strength should not be less than 14 Mpa, and the ultimate elongation should not be less than 400%.
• Powder free gloves and powdered gloves are tested with test method D6124 to determine powder residue.
